Feeling lost and depressed

@Shaz51 - panic is kicking in, my meds aren’t working anymore, I got med review tomorrow so I’m really nervous I’m meeting my outpatient team

i think that is partly the reason i had my breakdown @Shaz51 i think my meds where not as affective anymore. my doctor is so so amazing. im so happy mum booked me into her.

i understand @Fluttershy1 i have to do the same soon, i am seeing a new psychologist next month and im really anxious about it, i have told them things i have never told anyone. it is so daunting, scary. the unknown is scary too. just do your best tomorrow, that is all any of us can do.
