Feeling lost and depressed

They basically said I’m unstable when it doesn’t even interfere with my volunteer role tbh, they just were like you come back when there is a support worker to support you @outlander - but the thing I don’t understand is they won’t be there all the time so I’m like how will that work if they can’t even make it or my funding gets cut. That’s my concern I need to become more independent which I was. It’s just all frustrating because if my funding gets cut I’m screwed you know.

can you explain to them that working help keeps you stable and helps with the funding to get support workers @Fluttershy1 can your support co-ordinator help you with this or to find somewhere else? another animal shelter maybe

I tried but they dismissed it, I’m so beside myself @outlander - they said I can come back when I have a support worker to support me, but what happens if my funding gets cut or I run out? 

im so anxious, I meet also with outpatient tomorrow. They literally just told me to come in before my shift yesterday to have a meeting then i got told I’m not allowed to work. I even got all my shifts taken off the schedule and I can’t even schedule myself now because of them. It’s not fair to be honest

im just ranting here about how I feel

maybe see if you can take a support worker with you @Fluttershy1 even if its once a week then as they see that your becoming more stable they will let you continue to work.
im sure theres something they can work out. i dont believe that they can stop your funding because of circumstances out of your control. meaning you didnt decide to stop working, the company had let you go.
i would see about some placement in other places though.
