You didn't hurt me. You gave me what I needed. What I still need. 

The hurt is there...here....I am raw... Frightening... Getting stronger.

Kindness, faith, attentiveness. 

It's the brightest light I've seen.

The trust, it needs to come from within & outside of me. In the way life interacts.

Bad things happen.

I keep hearing this lady, (a peer worker) she said to me,
