Thanks @Former-Member  for your reply. My dietitian explained my eating issue as an alcoholic trying to stop drinking. 

I fo really enjoy walking especially eith my music on. It’s my time to myself.  It’s an escape from home for a while. 

I can’t afford gym or classes.  

I think fir the moment I’m going to concentrate on my walking. 

I have big issues with my black and white thinking and brhsviour. Like the other day I ate some chips st the park with my granddaughter. But when I got home I had to go fir my 2nd walk to burn off the child. It’s not good. He doesn’t want me to go this because it sets me up fir disaster.
