Not Coping

Re: Not Coping

Yes that does @Blackbird11

Is there anything you're going to do on the drive?

Do you work?

Re: Not Coping

think I'll try find fish n chips for lunch.

I do work casually, full time study at the moment.

Re: Not Coping

Yum, I love good fish and chips @Blackbird11

Lol, sorry, I don't know what happened with my typing, haha.

Did you enjoy them?

I booked a more extended session with my psych, and he forgot about it, but we got the whole session in, so that's good. It was a good session as well.

Re: Not Coping

Stupid me didn’t tap on for the tram and just my luck the first time ever they have people on there to give out fines and now that $200 trip to the shops. Like I need that now.
I should have got the train and it would have been fine.

Re: Not Coping

Hey @tyme

Did you see my reply yesterday afternoon?

Re: Not Coping

Let me know @tyme

Re: Not Coping

Heya @Birdofparadise8 ,

Of course you can talk about your psych appointment if you think it'll be helpful for the community to hear 🙂 I recognise you have been waiting to speak to your psych. He sorta tells you as it is?

Re: Not Coping

What about the one from yesterday re what happened on Friday.
the session was good though. Yes he does which I think is good. @tyme

I tried being more vulnerable and open with him. He said he was pleased with the effort I was putting in and by writing some things down and printing out some stuff I wanted to show him.
overall I think I’m making good progress with him. Still haven’t gotten over what happened on Friday though.
