I am concerned you don’t feel safe @Bow but I do know that sometimes our darkest times come just before our morning.

Can you say or meditate on Psalm 23? There’s only 5 verses:

The Lord is my Shepherd

I shall not want

He makes me lie down in green pastures

He leads me beside still waters

He restores my soul

He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil,

for you are with me,

your rod and your staff comfort me

You prepare a table before me 

in the presence of my enemies;

you anoint my head with oil;

my cup overflows.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life

and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

Thanks @Eve7  ive lost all hope. I need a miracle tonight. If something doesn't shift for me by morning that will be it. I can't bare to face another day like this. Thanks again... for always caring... your kindness.

I’m not going to tag anyone, but want to leave a brief note here and say thank you to the dear friends that I have made on the forums. Thank you for the part that you have played in supporting me through some really challenging times. For being my strength on the days where I didn’t have any. For being the light when all I felt was darkness. For listening and never judging me. I have always appreciated it.

I’ve felt at my lowest the last few days and can’t see a way out of this overwhelming horrible dark dread that I wake up to every morning.  Please be kind to yourselves. Look after each other. And always look up.
