Insomnia
I have been having insomnia due to high levels of stress.
At the moment the only way I can sleep is to take a prescribed tablet.
Can anyone share strategies to improve sleep so I can reduce the amount of time I need to rely on tablets.

@Blueruby - have you tried doing meditation before bed?

I have just started using a weighted blanket, as I struggled sleeping due to anxiety. It really helps feel more calm and relaxed! Have felt the difference already

When I have trouble sleeping at night, I usually listen to mindfulness-meditation or relaxing music and podcasts. They really help me to relax and not think about what happened during the day 🌱
