Feeling lost and depressed

Going to Coldplay next year!!! Very excited. 

trying to find someone to do caring responsibilities but no one will take it on. She is refusing carers for her to come in she is saying she doesn’t need them…..

my bunnies are also a thing I look forward too!

Could be something you also utilise to help you remind yourself to keep going 😊

Says she doesn't need them and yet relies on you entirely? Could it be worth having a very tough but firm conversation about your needs? Maybe highlight that you deserve to have your own time and space, deserve to have your own life. Idk, be a tricky one for sure, but if carers are an option, might be worth exploring.
