Feeling lost and depressed

Hey @Jynx @Shaz51 @Snowie @Kyle1 @outlander @MDT @Owlunar @BPDSurvivor @Judi9877 @Jacques - things are hard, I don’t have a volunteer job anymore, I just wanna hide, everything is getting to me, I’m struggling mentally again. I feel like I’m not good enough for anyone.

hi @Fluttershy1 i know the feeling of everything feeling like it is getting on top of you, i had a bad mental breakdown a week and a bit ago, things got on top of me too. life can be so so hard sometimes, i hope you can find support and care from people around you like here on sane.

I’m cuddling my weighted teddy @Jacques - got the cat on my bed, I’ve been reaching out but sometimes it can be hard & overwhelming when people don’t listen. 

but I’ll stay strong and I’m ok and safe

im glad you have your teddy @Fluttershy1 try using your senses to ground yourself, in your mind name 5 things you can hear, feel, smell, different textures. do you have any essential oils to help ground yourself?
