Constant panic attacks

Re: Constant panic attacks

@oceangirl - been doing self care but still unsure

Re: Constant panic attacks

Hey @oceangirl @Snowie @Ces @BPDSurvivor @Judi9877 @Shaz51 @Peregrinefalcon - I feel like a let down, I feel like a mistake, I don't feel good enough for anybody. I just want this overwhelming and upset feeling to go. I hate myself atm.

family are just so judgemental, my MH doesn't define me.

am safe

Re: Constant panic attacks

You're right @Fluttershy1 , your mental health does not define you!

The responses of other people can leave us feeling misunderstood and devalued. Their responses don't define you, either!

Take care today Heart

Re: Constant panic attacks

Hey @Fluttershy,

Sorry to hear how you’re feeling. It’s so hard to feel unable to settle. Thanks for letting us know you’re safe.

I hope you can get some rest tonight. I’m sending some soothing thoughts your way. Please take care of yourself and keep posting if it’s helpful Heart

@Fluttershy1

You're enough.

Usually people that judge others - have problem themselves. There are people out there that are accepting. We are all perfectly imperfect. Keep your chin up

@Fluttershy1

I like the way you think and supported another forum member.

Thank you for your kindness and support- its very much appreciated and valued.
