@Neetram How are you this afternoon? What you are going through is very tough, I’m very sorry. My Mum too is a person that should have not been a mother. But we have them and that’s how it goes. 

My Mother poisoned my two sons to keep away from me,  but through therapy I got stronger and with Sane forums. And medication. I guess Im asking you to take little steps every day and focus on the wins. 

When it began for me the only thing I could do to make money was to clean houses. So that’s what I did.

Are you working? Do you see your GP  Doctor?

No I no longer work but I keep busy I paint and walk my dogs I feel better already chatting on here just had stuff bottled up no one to convide in I would get a very hurtful voicemail either from my son or my daughter and would be walking around the house dying inside no one to let it out with triggering everywhere I'm sorry it all sounds so bad but it was I move past it and I get stronger I'm feeling a lot better just being able to talk all I needed was to get it out and this site an allows me to do that thank you for listening best of luck with your lot in life

@greenpea You got skylights or sky windows? I ❤️ them! Rain and sky looks amazing from inside a house.

Gives you that feeling of freedom and connection to the outside environment.

Metal roof when it rains so hard that it hurts your ears 👂

What happens when you've had trauma therapy and things just come to you. I'm always content this is happening for me ATM. 

I'm mindful of this cartoon I saw of two buddists sitting in font of each other in New York park and one says to the other 

" do you know what's going to happen next ? "

And the other says 

"Nothing."

..reminds me of MAD magazine cartoons @PeppyPatti  ok one was  Wizard of Id. at peasant reaches a mountain top where there is a monk. he says do they call you the high Lama cos u live on a mountain top? no, because I am stoned ..

ok I digress .. mad mag comic strip soldiers in landing craft about to storm a beach , young  guy asks the old b4 time Sergeant "are you scared Sarge?" the older guy has a pipe in his mouth, with what looks like a mushroom cloud coming out of it and replies ", no, I'm stoned" ... sorry , am in a silly mood ..

@Glisten  Hey G i have three skylights for the bathroom, toilet and laundry.  I just love them. we had a old fibro house with a metal roof and i loved hearing the rain falling on it. we live in a very rainy area and i really love being inside on wet days all snuggled up.  today has turned out to be sunny hope you are having a wonderful day. love always peax
