I am fascinated with other countries and it gives me a little glimmer of light/excitement. 

I would say that Finland Sweden Norway and perhaps Denmark are Scandinavian countries. 

Norway is a beautiful country. Looks similar to New Zealand. Fjords etc. I have visited Stockholm as well. Amazing city. Was fascinated with the old part of Stockholm. 

Finland is famous for their lakes and saunas. 

I just arrived home from dropping daughter somewhere and did a big good shop. So now I need to rest, have a cuppa and a crumpet with honey.

I sometimes go back and edit my messages...

some people have taken me the wrong way in the past so I went through a stage where I avoided threads...people....rewrote responses several times sometimes not even posting them...

now I am thinking that I need to trust my instinct as I know that I have a good heart...

privacy is a separate issue and I understand that...

will respond separately to your previous post about Scandinavian countries as I am very interested....

I have not been to Scandinavia....

only in my dreams...

I love mind travelling I call it...to places that are steeped in history...

I have a fascination with history...historic places....abbeys...cathedrals...churches...graveyards...castles...

canals...

I also have a relative in Denmark and another one in a country that I wont mention as could identify me...a bordering country..

It is on my bucket list to go to Europe...

I am glad that you are enjoying the pictures...

let me know if there are other places you would like to mind travel with me...

Hi @Sophia1 It sounds like I share your anxiety re: tax returns & financial stuff.

It just got to hard, 2 years ago, after doing it myself for over 20 years - I needed help & support with it.

Yes, I'm still having reciprocal invites with my back neighbour, every 6 weeks or so (usually on a Sunday afternoon).

She invited me over impromptu last Sunday. She was distressed (overwhelmed) due to recent unpleasant family events. Unfortunately I came home feeling overwhelmed at her bad news (myself), although she doesn't know that...

My turn to invite her over, next time.
