Hi does anyone here sometimes use when not well. Not healthy I know hate to admit it but last month I have used a lot to cope. I have to quit though and I want to. I got help for that. On Monday .

About a decade ago I gave up all drugs, except those prescribed to me. I used to use illicits as a means to cope, however, found they made my mental health worse in the long run. I ended up giving them away cold turkey after I had a major shock to the system. Don't get me wrong, sometimes I think "oh I'll just have one, it won't affect me", but it will and for that reason I don't.
