@Lula You're right... there are a couple of other MJGs. Neither if them are me. It would be confusing if one of them started posting here though.
A quiet weekend here so far. We went down and parked at the beach and at some chips. Then we did a bit of shopping on the way home. This morning I had to leave before having anything to eat, to go down and get some blood taken. But my usual place couldn't do it as it was a specific 'corporate' form which meant the people who wanted me to take the test were paying for it so it had to be at a particular place. Annoyingly, this place was actually slightly closer to home. Then at the second place, it seemed quite when i walked in, but there was a little kid they were attempting to get blood from and he was having none of it. So both nurses were in there with his parents trying to calm him down. They failed and they had to take him off to the hospital. I hardly screamed at all when it was my turn.
I have had some days the past month or so, where if i sent don quietly, like just to watch tv i get really tired and can hardly keep my eyes open. I either need to take the nap or go outside and do something to make it go away. I think the troubles sleep over many many months is just finally catching up with me. Plus the last few weeks have ad lots of things I've needed to get up early for. So maybe it's a similar thing for you. I also got my latest checkup results and my blood sugar level has dropped to 5.5 so I think that isn't helping, especially in the morning and if I leave lunch too long.
I still suspect your login problems are more an issue with your iPad/iPhone. At least you have the laptop to use as a backup now if you need to. Do you have a small table or something you could use it on?
With the Microsoft 365, are you using it just for emails, or for the online tools, like Word? All those online tools have some sort of security and protection provided with them. But nothing protects you 100% so you still need to be careful. But for the things most people do, you will be fine. Just don't reply to strange emails or messages or phone calls and never give anyone payment information or believe you owe money if you're told that.
I'm the same with a lot of things... i need to set myself reminders to get myself in the habit of doing things regularly, especially things like taking medications. If it's not a habit yet, then I just keep forgetting more and more. I;m a bit of a procrastinator as well, mainly with chores around the house. I just keep putting them off until I find the energy and even then I often just do something else. I have to do them all eventually, but it is easy to get overwhelmed by it all. Hopefully these Bach flower drops help you out. I'll be curious to hear how you go with it.
Take care Lula and rest up.
