I’ve been pretty distant from everyone, I’ve been in a pretty bad place, still struggling but trying to get the right supports. 

it’s scary struggling badly and not getting the help you need. 

things are just not great. I’ve been hiding away from the world I’ve been very overwhelmed with everything. 

Am safe though
