Hey @creative_writer @Former-Member @Snowie @Shaz51 @Jynx - lots of emotions this week and ups and downs but I am getting through it! I’m so proud of myself!! 

I feel like I’m starting to see hope again and be able to just sit with the impulsive thoughts and feelings.
