Glad to know it's cooling down a bit, but I can imagine when your medical conditions flare up with the heat, it is very uncomfortable... good that you've been staying cool, and on top of the sodium and electrolytes!

While sitting in front of the fan today (thank you whoever created the fan!) have you been up to much else? Any movies or reading or anything like that?
