It was like these two people ever me in a power imbalance trying to shove it down my throat, saying you're in THIS area, you FEEL these THINGS, you need to get here, but you CAN'T. It was the most annoying, frustrating and dismissive moment.

I hope if you've ever used the Hobart acute care team, you got a good worker. I was always given the dud and then they would dismiss me and throw me around like I'm a potato @Blackbird11

I got my EMR record from them; they lied so much about me. It was more of a nightmare working my way around them than anything. However, it hasn't been very good in the public system here either. St. V's throw me around like a potato, too. They would never listen, throw out observed diagnoses that I proved were not right, and still say I have it.

Anyway, may I will ask my psych about it next week.

Sorry, that was a train track diversion. One question for you. Do you know what the difference is when I'm crying on my own compared to, say, with my psych? Which I haven't gosh, it will take me a long time to get there. Anyway, do you know why people say it's good or something with therapy? But, like what's the difference? Sorry, this is long.
