How has your day been? 

I've been crying and hating myself. I've just been to Ringwood at a shopping centre, and I am going to a cookie shop. I hope I won't crash when I get back to the hospital. I also had a blood test this morning for the new mood stabiliser I am on. Did you know they can be used to augment antidepressants?
