I'm not sure. I'm still in hospital. I went for a walk earlier, which was nice. I wish I could feel better. 

I'm trying to do that @Blackbird11. I just feel so miserable. I'm sad, alone, stuck in my head. I'm starting to cry now. I'm safe not so sure about the support part but yeah.
