It is very uncomfortable when he mentions it because then I worry about it for the whole session @outlander 

That is true, but KHL has been a great support, and my regular thinks I need both right now. She doesn't seem to mind that I talk to her and my psych. I don't think I would cope with just one person. 

I will discuss that tomorrow with him and see if it's an issue. It wasn't for my previous three psychs. 

I just don;t know how to say it all so I don't offend him.
