well you can approach that with him @Birdofparadise8 my psychologist picks up on some of my defense mechanisms too. she finds me intriguing as she says.
she doesnt point out the body language or anything though. that would probably be uncomfortable to me too

he probably wonders why you need the 2 psychologists. some people will only use a service like khl on a regular basis until they are able to get offline support and then just use the service when needed.
