Hello @Emelia8 , @Clawde , @Former-Member , @Shaz51 , @BPDSurvivor
Love the sentiments, @Emelia8 and also what I believe to be the reality. While we might not always be able to put into each day or let go of as much as we could or "should",
"the best we can do, is all we can do, and all we can do is enough."
I do know that I can get very upset at what I can see in myself and my activities, from time to time, as failure to fulfil. However, my time on the forum teaches me that my life is in the moment, not yesterday or tomorrow, not later or earlier today, but simply, right now.
And right now is the culmination of my past and the beginning of my future. And happiness, in whatever form and to whatever degree, is the best connection or glue.
We've, also, all been aware that various people have shown that happiness can be experienced in the most unlikely of places, situations and circumstances. So none of our situations have to be perfect for us to enjoy the experience of being happy.
{Maybe I shouldn't have dropped so many tablets, some strange stuff is appearing.}
😀
With Best Wishes
