yeah my manager got a new job coz she got a reference from her manager. I guess if its what they want to do then it's a good thing for them. I'm indifferent to it. Of course I went after the update from my manager and they said "top that" i just said what I was doing. They said it was hard, but then I just said "well I used to call people and ask them for money so this is not new"

I'm thinking things will get worse before they get better for me in the next few months.
