I’m really sorry @Fluttershy1 . I had a lot of trouble finding someone who understands. Most gave up, friends also. I know how hard it is. 

 

Is it possible to work with alters? I did collages. It helped us both understand each other. Pictures and words to express feelings etc. it’s different for everyone, but finding what works for you, and your others, really breaks down fears.
