3-4 years ago @ TAB was doing 12 hour days up to 7 days a week, well few more years since weeks of that in a row. after having big break for covid, I never recovered, stairs would hurt me, then weeks on a job w bad employer on knees, then weeks more, stairs et til I broke. did it for 10 years before that  just got too soft and too old plus desperate clown bosses would expect me to to do labouring cos they couldnt get people and or underquoted jobs. they werent exactly thankful or appreciative either. I would have people standing around watching me when I was working, but they broke me making me do labouring. I should have quit.(well more times than I did) lol @StuF
