oh, @StuF @Meowmy  got DES appt tomorrow morning. they must have found my file. sent me 2 jobs to apply for. I had to point out I was not qualified for either.

they do not understand what a trainer is ... ok a co-worker just told them them said, would not believe me lol..

ie have to be qualified in what ur training, der , not just have a qualification in Training..

eg I am a Trainer,? not allowed to study course unless have something can teach. i have trade etc. this person could not understand that. maybe time to get sick cert again lolo ...........................
