@PeppyPatti life - you get to start over as many times as you like. Until you don’t.

I rarely take my phone into the paddock if I’m working. I love not having it on me.

There are a million other things to do, other than be online.

I don’t watch tv and I stay away from the news. That sh!t is toxic.
