Hi @Historylover

It’s so lovely to hear from you Heart

I’m so sorry that it’s taken me so long to reach back to you. Unfortunately, I’ve been wrestling with my mental and physical health and as a result, I’ve fallen so terribly behind.

Absolutely! There’s something incredibly satisfying about being able to sink your teeth into a new learning opportunity!

There have been a few times when I’ve also misjudged the depth and complexity of some of the courses that I’ve enrolled in!

Although it was a few years ago now, I can still remember enrolling in a program where students were only allowed to complete a maximum of three courses at any given time. I can still remember how upset I felt about these guidelines, as three courses just didn’t seem enough!

However, a few days into the program, I realised that I’d completely underestimated the situation and that I’d bitten off so much more than I could chew! As such, I had to amend my enrolment whereby three courses quickly decreased to just one and even with a reduced workload, l struggled to keep my head above the water!

Just from what you described, the course that you’re currently studying sounds incredibly rewarding and as though it’s a really great fit for you academically Smiley Happy

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re still in lockdown and I hope that this changes for you soon Heart

Also, I just wanted to share with you that I’ve decided to take some time away from the forums and so please don’t worry if it takes me even longer to reach back to you Heart

Take kind and gentle care of yourself,

ShiningStar Heart
