Just taken my meds @outlander
I have a very long course tommorrow with an hour's drive each way. Suicide prevention topic again for the volunteer work I do. Cats have been much better today. Jasper is playing toe tag with my foot under the covers.
Mr A is up on the window sill behind my bed being the security guard that he is. I took him outside this afternoon on the lead and harness & then he decided he wanted to go out for a walk down my street. So we did; in my pjs at about 5pm.
Saw my pysch today. It was ok. Told her SI is climbing. Hospital is no longer an option. I'll probably be refused anyway after last time.
I'm about to have a massive barney with my mother in a few days which I feel is going to end very badly.
