a very positive response...am proud of how far you have come..

yes self denial does go hand in hand with mental unwellness..

accepting help from others..accepting needing help in the first place takes much courage..especially when long term..

not sure of your diagnosis..I know trauma in there..

dbt only helps certain diagnoses...if is beneficial for you that is good news..also group therapy can be a little daunting especially after isolating..

good luck with appointment ..bringing up important stuff..

I have one this afternoon..same..important stuff continuing from other day..I make a list sometimes if anxious or confused..
