Hello @Zoe7

Thank you for kindness..

am struggling accepting help still...have had to be there for self for most of my life..

my husband has been very good..doing so much...it has been a great strain on him with house on market as well....

witnessing my medical ups and downs too..

I am very much on the alert to the carer aspect..so am as independent as I can be at moment..

still need shopping..cooking..washing ..housework (have to be careful with this one as he is untidy)...

I me.ntioned again the other day..out of the blue..how very much I truly appreciate everything that he is doing for me..for us...He was very grateful and thanked me..

of course this adds to my emotional roller coaster....

saw gp yesterday..he was beaming and very proud that I have been off all painkillers for a week now..continuing pool..so can continue to use prn ..paracetamol normal strength on pool days...

no pain no gain..

am in a hurry for end of June to get here..then am apparently starting rehab stage..

enough about me..

how are you at moment?

have your headaches and other physical illness cleared up yet? Off antibiotics?

you are certainly sounding as though you have turned a corner...with a part of your recovery...so congratulations...Heart
