I know from reading your posts on the other thread in relation to your dad...how confused your mind is..

I have no expectations for you to remember my history...

Yes you have had much sadness...far too much sadness...you are still in a precarious situation and you choose to stay to be there for your dad....your love is endless...

no need to worry about when ..if ...where you pop in...you are the most important person to you...

snap...we both have said the same to each other...we now have to both listen to each other and put this into place don't we..

I will talk to you one day a little about my history under a different user name...now is not the time for that...for either myself or you...

I want to let you know that you matter as a person....you are so much more than you realise...allow yourself to value who you  are.....not easy when have had many  setbacks in life....verbal abuse...mental unwellness....all adds up and can be devastating to self esteem..

most importantly though is that it is never too late to rebuild our self esteem...to learn to listen when others compliment us (this is very hard...know this only too well)

lastly to congratulate ourselves regardless of the rest of the world....when we accept that we have given so much love and support to others...we are just as deserving of that love ourselves...
