@Sophia1 I could very easily go for a walk around the block right now. But I'm easily turned off of the idea. Bye a few repeating thoughts. And then it don't seem worth it. So I resort to other things.

I resort to thinking about catching up with friends. Or doing something around the house. Laying down. Watching TV. Snacking. Having a smoke. Checking my phone.

It's cold. It's gloomy. It's near the winter solstice. My feet are sore. I could be seen and judged bye someone. I could bump into another dog. Mister might misbehave.
