I think having time to reflect is great @Dimity as long as it does not turn into rumination.

I am grateful for many things and am trying to work gratitude into my day, to try and boost my MH. I am starting to recover after a few months of being quite down and although I tried gratitude strategy earlier, I could not sustain it because I was so down, but now I'm finding I can hang on to gratitude much more. Thanks for posting @Dimity as I didn't know this thread existed
