@Oaktree

It's interesting that you will be answering in pairs or groups.  It makes me think that they are looking for how you work in a group or team and how you interact with them rather than just the answers themselves.  So looking to see if you are...

  • Supportive, empathetic, and actively listening to everyone.
  • Helping to establish clear goals for the group with clear achievable  objectives.
  • Fostering inclusivity by making sure everyone feels welcome, valued, and included.
  • Encouraging cooperation within the group.
  • Providing feedback and acknowledging input and progress no matter how small.
  • Always being aware of confidentiality, especially if relating past experiences.
  • Flexible in adapting to the dynamics of the group if you find them going a different direction to you.

So things like if a couple of people have given their ideas and one or two people haven't said anything... ask then if they have any thoughts.  Generally treating it like you are trying to get everyone in the group through with you.  Using the good old active listening to reflect on any good ideas you think anyone said.  Al that sort of stuff.

That is my initial thought anyway.  I'm curious to hear what others think.  @tyme @rav3n @Shaz51 @RubyJones
