Hi. I'm sorry to hear you are dealing with such a difficult situation. It sounds like you have tried many different things and are at a loss of what to do. I don't have any personal experience with this, but I did some research, and it looks like this is a common side effect of certain antipsychotic medications. I know it's really hard to hear that there isn't a solution to this, but hopefully, knowing that you are not alone can help a little bit. However, it's not the end. I hope that you can find some relief soon.

 I used to cut my hair and shave my head compulsively quite often. I eventually got some tattoos on my scalp, using numbing cream so it didn't hurt. I also love a good beanie collection or a head scarf. All the best.
