Reason for Psychiatric Reports admitted to Family Court

Restraining Orders if procured can be ineffectual.
Mental stability for signing legal documents like divorce property settlement or safe professional practice is EVEN MORE RELEVANT FOR CHILD/REN ACCESS.
Prime example is Australian of the year; Rosie Batty's loss of her son.
Restraining Orders have not prevented deaths of kids or women.
Domestic Violence can result from wrong medication, noncompliance to treatment or self-medication.
Domestic Violence can escalate to deaths or result in un-treated Depression & Suicide.
