Oh no, @greenpea  😞

Which is more scary, the possible effects of it long-term, or the effects of not taking it at all?

Re: toxic pills .... where am i

@NatureLover  50/50 dont take them then end up in hospital for 6 weeks being force fed medications ,,,, take them then end up with memory problems ....... life is so unfair😔

Plenty of the virtual kind, at least, being sent your way @greenpea

Re: toxic pills .... where am i

It sounds like your caught between a rock and a hard place, @greenpea . 😟

I can't advise you on whether you ought to stop with the meds. But if you feel like your wishes regarding your care aren't being respected, and you are being forced to do things against your will, I believe there are advocacy groups that can help insure your wishes are respected.

But they vary from state to state; Victoria has VMIAC, NSW has Being, ect.

Re: toxic pills .... where am i

I can feel your pain @greenpea as well as your indecision around your medications.  I understand what you are saying about it being a 50/50 thing.

Normally I would say go with the advice of your specialist,  which in this case is your pDoc. But I realise a lot of people see them purely as pill pushers.

Do you see a psychologist at all?  Perhaps they could give a more balanced opinion.

How about your GP ... what do they think,  and will they support you in whatever decision you make?

Giving lots of love and virtual hugs to you Pea.  💚💞
