Hey @outlander I have just caught up on what has been happening for you these past couple days. Honey there is a lot going on for you right now and I am so so sorry you are going through all of this. You have been doing such a great job keeping it together and catering to your pops needs. 
it's just like that saying if it doesn't rain it pours. 
firstly I want to say just how amazing you are and strong to have been going through all of this but managed to still be there to support me last night babe. I can't tell you how amazing that is. Goes to show you that you are a beautiful caring and strong person. 
I don't know how much help I can be but I am here to sit with you and support you in your time of need. I am thinking of you @outlander and I am sending you a gentle hug my friend. 
please try and be kind to yourself and don't stop talking. I know how dark things can get and I know that being here on the forum helps a whole lot.
