not coping

yeah i get that @Eve7 i wa always told just to be more assertive and to say no but sometimes its not just as simple as that

yeah im not keen on the hours but its my faults. i was suppose to be a morning shift today but cause i had to go to the drs and get an ultrasound and then go back to the drs i started the arvo shift late and made it a quick turn around rather then morning shift today and then tomorrow like normal.

I did shift work for years but not anymore.and I still haven’t decided if I’ll return to work when and if my foot recovers. That decision is in the too hard basket for now.

Going to try and get some sleep. 😴

yep i understand @Eve7 im not sure ill have a job much longer with the way my medical conditions are too. just taking it day byday really.

i hope you can get some sleep. my next shift will be here in the next few minutes thankfully
