So really not sure how I'm going to make it through September. 

I managed to get through father's Day but I still need to get through the 11th, 15th an 26th without being able to see my psych because she is on holidays until October with it only the beginning and I have already sh I'm not sure I have the ability to cope

Honestly none of my self care activities have been working so I have been trying new things yesterday I cleaned and chatted with zoe7 but honestly even with  4 and 6 year olds in the house I'm running out of stuff to clean. And by 11:30pm there is virtually no one on here
