Struggling with everything

Things have been abit hard lately, family conflict is just getting worse again, they are judging me for who I am and what I eat and do. I feel like I just can't be myself around them anymore. 

I went to respite on Thursday night just to get a break as I had a massive arguement with family. 

I feel so stuck and alone with my thoughts, MH triage don't want to help me at all, they just push me away. I've been disassociating a lot more than normal. 

I feel worthless,

I feel like a mistake,

I feel like a failure, 

I feel like I'm not good enough...

Sometimes I feel like giving up but I don't.
