Things with family are hard, they are being judgemental and making me pay for stuff that they should be paying for. I feel like a mess. 
it’s hard acting like everything is okay when it isn’t my whole world falling apart. 

I keep forgetting to take my meds or I will take them to late so I’m feeling horrible when I forget to take them in the morning. Everything feels like a mess sometimes. 

one of my support workers has covid aswell so I hardly have anyone and I don’t like meeting new people as I find it really overwhelming. 

my ex boyfriend keeps private calling me and making me feel worse about myself. And yeah. It’s just abit crazy at the moment. 

Been struggling with my thoughts aswell but have managed them really well even when they are constant. 

I’ve been having flashbacks of the past aswell which is unsettling. 

am safe.

@Fluttershy1 wow, a lot to be navigating right now! 

Amazing to hear that you're managing your thoughts, that is worthy of admiration I reckon. And it's a skill too, sounds like you've been honing it well 😊 

Flashbacks are tricky hey, really hard to ignore. I know you're a pro at grounding though, so I hope you can keep making that effort to tether yourself to the present moment - to the knowledge you are safe, you are moving forward, you are well past those times now. 

Sucks about your ex harassing you! I never answer phone numbers I don't know, because if they do know me they can leave a message! But still, very distressing to have your phone be a source of possible triggers. Would it be worth changing your number? If you have an e-sim, I think you only need to call up your service provider to change it. If it's a physical sim you probs need to go into a store though. But it should be free and done in next to no time. 

I keep my fingers crossed your support worker has a swift recovery so you can see them again. Always helps to have that in-person interaction hey.

Lol trixie looks not impressed with the photo being taken @Jynx - just taking it day by day, you know I will get there eventually. I am having sticky date pudding for dinner because I don’t wanna cook.

I recently saw fantastic beasts the secrets of dumbledore which was amazing!!  

Stitch my bunny is really helping me, she is so funny she had a nap in her bed on my bed with me which was really cute

Hmm movies... I haven't seen many lately, except the latest Spider-Man film which was pretty darn good. I've been re-watching Stranger Things so I can get all caught up and be able to watch the latest season!
