Starting to struggle

Today has been a average day, got alot done and spent some time with my allied health assistant which was nice. 

It's like a rollercoaster, Im looking to move out on my own as its to stressful to live with family as they are extremely judgemental. I wish it was easier. 

I am safe.

I read that you’re thinking of moving out of home. That’s pretty adventurous yet stressful at the same time as I’ve done that myself. Have you spoken to your care team about this decision as it’s a big one to make?
