Re: Starting to struggle

sorry to hear you are struggling today, i know the feeling well, i still get it from time to time, it can be so difficult when you feel like you don't belong and feel invisible, im sure your family love you very much. taking some time out really helps with emotions and with the heat of the moment stuff.

what are you doing to help you calm down and to help rest your mind? i find music is amazing for me and just pottering around in my shed.

hugs my friend
