Oh @Fluttershy1 , sorry to hear you are struggling. 

Will animal/pet therapy help at this time? At least take the edge off a bit?

 

Ive had a hot chocolate and now I've got a wheat pack on me just to help me relax tonight so I can sleep.

 

Anything kind you can do for yourself tonight?

Does mindful Breathing help?

 

I used to hate it when ppl told me to "breathe" while I was in a crisis, so I totally understand if you turn the idea away.

 

But when overwhelmed, I've taught myself to breathe using the 1:2 ratio - for every inhalation, double the exhalation. This brings my heart rate down, and my body slowly re-adjusts so it gets out of flight/fight/freeze mode.
