@Shaz51, I hope the specialist appointments go okay and things work out with your health. I’ve heard diabetes is challenging, my cousin has it and has had it since he was a kid.

I just had an apple and a glass of water. I was having POTS spells upon standing. I’m hoping the water and food help me feel a bit stronger physically
