Yes @Birdofparadise8 , I'm a middle child lol... 'middle child syndrome' in many aspects. I'm very different from my siblings.
Oh, you got an implanon. Is this done regularly?
You know what? Enjoy your break while you can. Once you start uni and work, you'll be on the go all the time.
I'm glad you met one of the ladies. Vibes?

Hahahaha I wou;dn't know @tyme
You get it once every three years for birth control. I wanted to be on the safe side since I'm trying to get into dating. It's a little rod in your arm with etonogestrel in it that stops an egg from developing, etc.
Yeah, I know it is nice. It's just not nighttime. That's been really hard.
She seemed nice; we both like Lego, and she does a lot of gaming, but her dad seemed nice as well, and I'm sure we will get along. I'm not sure if she will come out of her room much, but I do hope so.

Trying to get motivated to go shopping 🙂

Nice @Birdofparadise8 ! Sounds pleasant. Remember I mentioned that the evenings tend to be harder and this is expected? This is how we were made - to ruminate and become more anxious at night time. At least you've confirmed you are human and everything that's happening is normal 🙂
Hope you get along with the other person.

For everyone, though? I know plenty of people who don't struggle at night.

Most people, esp those with MH struggles @Birdofparadise8 .
If you are a data person (i vaguely remember you aren't), the majority of our posts appear in the evenings in terms of volume. The highest risks occur in the evening. Hence we have more staff on the evenings.
Not sure if this clip will help https://youtu.be/kv6HkipQcfA?si=zdDKAIQ5brgiQjsb

Yeah, I gather that with MH, but others that don't have it @tyme

Comes with it @Birdofparadise8 . You may need to watch the Happiness Trap then. That is, the concept that 'happiness' is the 'right' emotion is a myth. I'll have a look and send you the link if you are interested.

Hmmm okay @tyme
Well, I know we don't need to be happy all the time, but I'd like to be somewhat happy at least. Or even just okay and not burst into tears nearly every night over nothing.
