Yes, I can get my GP to write up a script for me, I am a little better now but have a feeling it will return tomorrow as I feel unsettled, which is usually a sign of impending anxiety.

I haven't heard from my dad in about a week and I'm used to hearing from him every day so I think that's part of it.

@Shaz51 no lego for me, I do diamond paintings. I find it calms me 🙂

Lol, my studies have been on the lean side @Birdofparadise8 . It's hard to calm all the kids down after they have been with their cousins. At the moment, I'm doing about 1 hr a night... last night I couldn't sleep so I stayed up till 3 doing readings. I really enjoyed it to be honest. I think I'm about 70% through now. I'm aiming to finish by the end of Jan, but I think it'll stretch to Feb because we are going away next week.

What's been happening for you? Are you more settled?

Being in Syd, it's not my parents who are irritating me but my sister lol. The one from Melb. Because I don't have a car, I'm dependent on others to do things....my sister is a very social person who likes to hang around and talk to people while I prefer to just go home. Hence we've had so many arguments. 

I prefer to work so I don't have to go galivanting with her. We are just very different, and it's always been like that. She prefers to be out of the house while I prefer to be at home doing things.

Well, you're doing well with the amount you've done. 

I've been doing some Lego this morning, and I'm reading my book Icebreaker. I went to my GP and got the Implanon inserted, so my arm is still numb, and I can't go to the gym. I don't mind giving me an excuse not to exercise for the day, hahaha. 

I don't have a boyfriend yet, and I'm still on the hunt. It's not getting very far, lol.
